Patricia is the American-born food critique for The International Herald Tribune, has written a number of cookbooks and is based in Paris. She offers one week cooking classes that take place in her renovated artist’s studio on the rue Jacob. She also teaches for a few weeks each year in her Provençal home in the South of France. The classes are taught in English.
